Ground Floor

The apartment on the ground floor is approx. 100m² large with a living room with a terrace and pool, two bed rooms, two bathrooms, one kitchen and a beautiful view to the mediterranean sea and the island Brac.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and heated and you can live there with max. 6 persoons.

One bedroom has a  full-size bed and the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa-bed available. In every bedroom and the living room a tv is available. From the living room you can get directly to the terrace with the privat pool and a little barbecue house.
In the kitchen a dishwasher, a an micorwave oven, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, an electric cooker, an elctric oven and a fridge are available. The dining room is designed for max. 6 people.
Both bathrooms have a wc  and a shower. Bedding goods, towels and a  hair dryer are available.
And in every room you can use our free wifi!
